The sustainability agenda is not new to staff at Joynes Pike. We have worked in partnership with many design teams to deliver the Client low carbon, energy efficient designs incorporating sustainable procurement and safe whole life maintenance. Joynes Pike projects have been awarded the BREEAM excellent standard, high Eco-Homes ratings or have high ratings in accordance with the new Code for Sustainable Homes.
