Office Leader (Director Designate) – Birmingham (near NEC)

We are looking for a suitably qualified Engineer to take responsibility for the successful development of our Birmingham Office which currently has a staff of fifteen. Reporting to the Regional Director you will be responsible for the day to day running of this Office which comprises a Geotechnical/Environmental Team plus a Civil/Structures Team undertaking work on a wide and varied range of commercial and residential developments.

The position would suit a current Team Leader looking for a new challenge or someone looking to step up to the role of Office Leader. Whilst you need relevant experience, Client care and enthusiasm are key qualities. This is a great opportunity for rapid progression and we will provide training to ensure that you reach your full potential.

It would be anticipated that for this role the successful candidate would be suitably qualified with an appropriate professional institution. For Engineers who do not hold such a professional qualification, we would expect you to join our training scheme and would work with you to assist you obtain a suitable qualification.
